The renowned POP-UP Chef Simon Chipperfield will be bringing to the Clock House his legendary locally sourced deliciousness.

 

Expect a carafe of fine red or white Bordeaux wine, an award winning, Sussex breed, Kentish raised minimum 21 day matured beef burger with cheese, bacon, tomato and caramelised onions, in an artisan made brioche bun with skinny thrice fried chips and mixed local salad leaves.
